Since opening on October 10, 2023, LightHouse Women and Children’s Center has made a huge difference in Berks County, helping over 350 women and children in just one year. The center has 41 private rooms, each beautifully decorated and complete with its own bathroom. Guests can stay for six to nine months, working with case managers to take big steps toward independence, like finding jobs with living wages and securing stable, permanent housing.
